By comissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms of service and other relating information listed.♩ I reserve the right to decline any comission.

♩ I do not allow my work to be used in training AI and other machine learning purposes.
♩ I do not allow my work to be used in any type of cryptocurrency, NFT, etc.

COPYRIGHT

♩ I retain full rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim the work as their own
♩ The client is allowed to repost the work on platforms, but clear credit must be given.
♩ Do not remove my watermark.
♩ If these terms are broken, the client will be blacklisted from commissioning again.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

♩ All prices are in USD
♩ Payments are taken through Paypal
♩ full payment is expected before starting the piece
♩ Refunds will not be given if the piece is near completion
♩ If I am not able to complete the commission, I will issue a full refund

WORKFLOW

Please take into account that I am a student, so school will be a priority as art is a hobby!♩ Clients will be encouraged to communicate with me throughout the process (please allow for adequate time for me to respond)
♩ Clients will be asked to provide a reference board for their commission
♩ Providing a sketch is encouraged as well
♩ Client will receive a sketch, after approval they will be prompt with payment, and it will be moved to rendering
♩ Allow up to 90 days for the completion of the commission unless stated otherwise
♩ After 90 days a refund will be issued
♩ 1 major and 3 minor revisions are allowed
